ProFill Rotary Can Filler and Seamer
ProFill Can fillers run 100 - 600 cans per minute, with true counter pressure gravity filling technology that purges the can with CO2 before filling, seals the can to the filling valve, and snifts the can after filling. These functions help the ProFill Can filler deliver less than 30 ppb (parts per billion) O2 pickup, tighter fill control, and automatic operation. The ProFill Can filling system is a high-speed, mechanically controlled system designed around proven European true-counter-pressure-gravity filling technology and rotary can seaming technology. It is capable of filling beverages in various can sizes and volumes, offering flexibility for craft beer and beverage producers. The ProFill Can fillers achieve filling speeds of 100 to 600 cans per minute, ensuring precise fill levels, low O2 pickup, and minimal product loss. The system includes a highly engineered rotary can seaming system that produces perfectly seamed cans while minimizing O2 pickup. Integrated into the can filling system with a common-base design, it features high-speed tangential can discharge, ensuring optimal can control and product integrity. The ProFill Can filler is suitable for commercial operations, providing efficient and precise beer can filling equipment.
